Food cannot be placed on the market if unsafe. If you consider or have reason to believe that food products which you imported, produced, processed, manufactured or distributed are not in compliance with the food safety requirements, you must immediately initiate procedures to withdraw the food in question from the market, where the food has left your immediate control and inform the competent authorities.
